central location easy access high-quality food
The location worked really well. I found the aerobus stop to be close. It made access from the airport easy. Breakfast featured a wide selection of high-quality food.

central location friendly staff clean room
The location was central. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful . I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the quiet atmosphere, especially given the hotel's busy location.
The coffee capsules were not replaced daily in the room.

the hotel is in the city center, very close to plaza cataluña. the airport bus station is only a short walk from the hotel. the staff was helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. i appreciated the room's cleanliness and modern amenities.
the breakfast buffet had limited options with dietary restrictions.

fantastic stay
friendly staff extra pillows breakfast options
the staff were friendly. i appreciate the extra pillows they provided and the help with calling the lift. they also showed us the sites. the breakfast was sublime with fresh bread. the granola, fruit, nuts, cakes, cereals, and cooked breakfast options are superb. they had alternative milks for dairy intolerance.
i asked for something to be repaired all three days of my trip and it wasn't done. on the last day, i requested capsules of coffee, because it was never replaced. the receptionist said he couldn't do anything till 7.30. their ways of solving problems were poor.

the location is amazing, right next to public transportation and the airport buses. it's near monuments, a zoo, and parks, only 10-15 minutes from each. el corte ingles is in front and a supermarket is next door. the entrance is central.

the double or twin room is spacious, around 28 square meters. it was big, comfortable, very clean and new. i had two large suitcases and the space was enough. the room faced inside, so it was quiet at all hours.
